We need auto-balancer

We had it in BF3, at least let us enable it in Portal

For those who don't know what it is, when team ticket difference is too high it would swap players between teams based on performance, this would not break squads, it would move entire squads around, and you could either enable it mid game or after each a round 

This made for far more balanced games, please let us enable it in Portal at least
