How is there still bloom in the game?! Im guessing no one at EA has ever shot a full auto weapon...or even a gun at all. Recoil sure all day, but bloom is not a real thing. And how come i cant mantle a chain link fence or container, its like i dont have arms?
Maybe they forgot to add rifling to their barrels...
Not sure of mantleing, perhaps you mean climbing up and over. But i can answer for bloom, its a mechanic to prevent automatic weapons from being laser beams and full autoing from across the map. It preserves balance between weapons classes so you might actually want to take a dmr or sniper.
