Weapon damage not working as intended

Snipers doesn't matter which one is only doing 80 damage now to the head in the firing range? was this intended? also i found that hollowpoint and synthetic rounds dont seem to be working either, their multiplier is not being applied to the targets. what else is broken?

I believe that the firing range isn't working correctly at the moment. At least headshots from sniper rifles work correctly in matches, as it would have been quite annoying if they only did 80 damage there.
