Weird vision

So occasionally the game makes my view as though I’m wearing goggles. Black screen on edges with dim vision like you have a mask or goggles on. When I switch to my secondary weapon it goes away but when switching back to primary it comes back. It’s so annoying. Happens maybe 1 in 5 matches. Goes away when I die but will sometimes come back.
