The controller players you're talking about are either using a cronus or it's ping/bad hit reg. The aim assist is so bad in this game I turned it off. And yes, we have less recoil. And yes, it's easier to control recoil on a mouse...and tap fire...and aim. It's the cheating, plain and simple. Even with cross-play off, it's obvious there's so many cronus users.
