What caused my account banned?

I never cheat in any online game,only get a 1.5 kill/death in BF6 and even lower in other BFs, It says i use "Game Enhancement"???,i mean cheat to get a kd less than 2??? What might caused that???...

vehicles should not be able to use weapons within the main base area.
As always with games there are people that exploit protected areas in game like the main HQ, I raise this issue because 99.9% of the time the AAA tank is sat within this zone right next to their CRAM...
