What happened to Battlefield Classic?
EA, along with Vince Zampella, was advertising going back to the roots of Hardcore Battlefield Classics. Well? What happened? Where is the BF Classic that was promised?
So far, it's been another typical launch infested mess, and now Battlefield has morphed into Call Of Dutifield. What's next, BattleFortnite 7? I want to fully attach the gadgets and set the weapons to my liking, instead, you're left with 4 empty slots because of that stupid 100 point system attachment. The weapons point system needs to go!
The servers are awful, you get kicked out for being idle for a few seconds, even while adjusting your loadout. The servers are terrible, no balance at all. If you stay on a server and you're on the losing side with everyone sitting back sniping and others sitting back with vehicles, your whole night is on the losing side. When clicking on browser, filters, and then hardcore, you go into the hardcore server. Now you're limited to weapons. Are specific unlocked weapons not allowed to be used on hardcore servers, and class specific weapons not shown as an option. That's on all hardcore servers. I don't understand the reasoning for changing the class gadget systems and limiting them to specific grenades. Just makes the gaming experience worse. It was really simple to keep the soldier class like in BF4 or 2042.
They introduce us to a new Attachment Cross System, which was the greatest idea they ever came up with, but then quickly take it away. There are so many more issues to address, but I don't have the energy to write down everything, especially in detail.
BF4 was the last Battlefield.
