I'm not sure why the message was in French, but it seems that it's a warning due to what was said in the original comment (please note that I'm not commenting on the reasons behind the warning or if it was justified or not).
It looks like you can appeal it if you think the warning was unjustified, but it doesn't seem that you've been restricted from using the Discord channel. It might be worth asking the question in the channel again without the part that's been cited. Moreover, it might be something someone here can answer.
