I'm actually going to defend some people not capping an objective, maybe camping overlooking an objective trying to kill enemies as they go to it, very helpful, running around chasing flag captures isn't the only way to play the objective.
And rightfully, there are support functions and you need the painful, skilled sniper headshooting everyone from 200m; That's okay, 2 in 3 players not going on the objective is not ok.
