I have both, I mastered the M2010, and currently on mastery 35 for the PSR. Its really underwhelming, and even the sweet spot (75-150) is not really accurate its more like 100-130, yes, that tiny 30 yard gap is all you get lol. And to top it off, this specific sniper rifle so far from my experience has a smaller headshot hitbox than the M2010, I have had countless shots where a target, laying still, full body exposed, and my shot just...... did nothing I followed multiple shots all the way through, and still got nothing. So yea the only thing of benefit so far is the larger mag. Thats it.
