What's up with the helicopters in BF6??

What's up with the helicopters in BF6?? To me I would consider myself a seasoned pilot I feel like the helicopters are useless unless your in a lobby where nobody pays any mind at all they are shot down immediately some of the best times I can remember are on previous titles I used to love flying transport it used to be fun using evasive maneuvers to dodge missiles etc now I feel like pistols will knock you out of the sky crazy if you ask me
