When is EA gonna get in touch with AWS?

When is EA gonna put a statement regarding the AWS cloud strike outage? When is EA gonna fix the servers? Why hasnt amazon put out a statement to fix things soon as possible? Why hasnt EA game shut down Battlefield servers for the time being until the servers been repaired? I dont get why we are still running things if you know There is something seriously wrong with the servers.

Which there is something seriously wrong with the servers.  Some of us are still fighting to get on with the server bust. Just shut it down, put out an apology like how the japanese do it in japan. Fix the **bleep** thing and save us the time of not wasting the X button or clicking on the reconnect button through the mouse and keyboard. Until its actually back!

Why we doing things so counter productive??? Why is nothing western society does is so problematic???

BUT WHAT IS THE SERVER MANAGEMENT TEAM DOING???? WHERES THE LEADERSHIP AT EA???? WHY ARE YOU TUNRING THINGS ON THAT ARE BROKEN!!!!???? It makes noooo sense!
