When will EA finally fix the refund tool?

I purchased the game through the EA app in order to buy the Steam version, but I haven’t even run the game yet and want to request a refund. However, the refund tool has not been working for the past three days, and I can’t proceed past step 3. Even after reaching out to customer support, I only receive the irresponsible message "This issue isn't supported by advisors," and I can’t even communicate with the customer service team. How much longer do I need to keep trying for a refund?
