Where to submit a request for EA to investigate an account?

Hello all!, Just had one of the worst matches in BF6 since its release. Not as far as the gameplay goes, but an AWFUL teammate in voice chat. Getting upset and calling me racial slurs and cussing at me the entire time when i didnt do what he wanted me to do. Normally i mute and let it slide as i have thick skin and it doesnt bother me. But this guy doesnt need to play the game and act like that. i feel sorry for anyone else he plays with.

I have a screenshot of his account, where he has gotten 5500+ kills in a match, and a 5500+ killstreak.

This seems UTTERLY impossible to me without some sort of hacking? If im not mistaken, bot matches SHOULDNT have contributed to his profile stats in that way, i know mine never did, as far as headshot distance kills and the likes.

WHERE would i go to submit this to an EA employee for further review?

CM edit - Screenshot removed - don't name & shame, here is how to report potential cheaters: https://help.ea.com/en/articles/security-and-rules/report-players/

In the past bot kills where removed from players stats but reappeared in a somewhat recent hotfix. If I remember correctly and please forgive my boomer brain does not work as well as it used to when you report someone the first step is an automated review done by what I would suspect to be an AI of sorts. In the past I would get an email from EA saying if they did something or not but I have not seen any in the past few weeks. Regarding you horrible encounter with what has quickly become mostly the norm with the player base that's the reason why I turned off voice chat and hide team chat. Ill try to play as a squad member but in most matches its every man for themselves rushing to get their KD ratio higher. Also for the love of all that is holy do not take their helicopter Its a quick way to get rpg'ed in a fit of rage since it was there's to begin with and how dare you not know it.... That's why I just play casual breakthrough and mind my own business until something happens with Portal.

If you want to you can always escalate your auto report after you get a reply or reach out to EA via their main page support live chat. Otherwise I do not know of any other way to get this looked at.

  • He did it in a bot server, its not against the rules so no need to report for that. As far as the racial slur go's, next time if you're on Playstation just save that part of the match and post the video (not sure if it records the verbal stuff or not)
