Why are none of my challenges tracking? (Xbox) Missing content

I've played approximately 30 matches online so far.  I purchased the phantom edition, and not a single one of the items from the add on are available, no level 25 no skins no weapons.  

Also not a single point or kill I've gotten has counted on my class or weapon challenges for unlocks.  My character is not leveling, items are not unlocking, and everything is at zero  for progression.  I have always completed my rounds , and it shows my kills , deaths, revives , but that apparently Is all that's registering.

I have emailed customer support but no response.  Also have reset console and game multiple times.  Anyone else stuck in this frozen progression?
