Why are you messing with my settings???

I'm curious as to why the Dev's need to mess with my settings every time they come out with an update?

Last time all my key binds got jacked up and deleted and reset this time it's settings in my graphics menu in the advanced section that are changed......My simple overlay showed me at only 60FPS when it was 144FPS pre-update so I looked and found the frame rate limiter was turned on and the slider was set to 60...So I had to turn that crap off like it was before the patch...Then the overlay went back to 144 like it was before....I'm sure there will be more issues and things I have to reset, but I'll wait a few days and see if they come up with some kind of fix whats jacked up right now....The menu makes it unplayable for me..It's almost like they are forcing me to play the new frozen snow crap..That mode is broken as hell the frosted up scopes and coughing and not being able to hit anything because its cold is ridiculous...I couldn't hit very well in that mode at all for some reason....When I got out of that crap and was on a normal map everything was fine...Is it me or is that frozen mode broken??
