I thought this game was for ADULTS?
So are Adults now offended by hurty words ?

I understand your point, and I'm not really trying to debate whether people should be offended or not.
My concern is more about the punishment itself.
A chat violation resulted in a full EA account suspension, which affected access to online services, paid seasonal content, and even a game that EA states should still be playable.
Whether people agree or disagree with the moderation decision, I think it's reasonable to ask whether an account-wide suspension is the most appropriate response compared to alternatives such as warnings, chat restrictions, or communication bans.
That's the discussion I'm hoping to have.

JennyB_010 I fully agree the games for adults but the problem is that EA has a vast spectrum of rated games and and only one terms of use agreement for their broad scale of games so the same rules apply for battlefield that apply for a sports game that little kids play so the automated system just does it to everyone instead of filtering the game by what it's rated but I do agree with venom they could and should def just take away your communications first

You shouldn't be calling people racial slurs regardless of a game's rating.
The swear filter for words like f**k etc should go tho.

Ruxem absolutely I left that part out by mistake but yes if you being racist or a cists of any sort then you deserve the suspense and then a ban if you repeat the chats their for communication but it's abused and most of the time people will bait you to say things just to report you and laugh so it's best to follow the golden rule and treat others the way you want them to treat you
