I think it should depend on what you say.
If you call someone a "dips**t" then it should probably just be a slap on a wrist, maybe a few days chat ban if you keep doing it after being warned.
If you're a racist, etc. then I think it's funny and they don't deserve to play games.
The biggest issue is that the AI moderator is insanely broken. You can get banned for typos (happened to me) and I had a permanent ban from another case which I thankfully managed to appeal and get my account back since the AI thought I was calling for violence.

I think that is a fair point.
I can understand why certain types of behavior receive stronger penalties than others, and I agree that not every violation should be treated the same.
What concerns me is that there seems to be very little room between a chat violation and an account-wide suspension. A warning, chat restriction, or a more gradual escalation system would make more sense to me, especially for first-time offenses.
Your point about automated moderation is also interesting. If the system can misinterpret context or even simple mistakes, then it becomes even more important that there is a transparent and meaningful review process before account-wide penalties are applied.
