Why is customer support so useless

Apparently the Support & Dev was set to minimum after the game launched... explains a lot.

They outsourced a lot of its customer support to India like many big companies and we all get stuck with it, Between that and the AI they used to code the game it really makes me wonder how the heck they sold EA for $55 billion USD clearly isn't worth anywhere near that lol.

I'm not sure if it's what they're asking for, but you can get a screenshot of the completed challenge from the Challenges menu. That would show that you should have received the reward. 

I did all the challenges during the Beta in last August, didn't get the rewards in the full game. I sent a ticket to EA-help over a month ago, got thrown around by different EA-help employees for a week, and at the end got told to "follow the situation on twitter" through the most obvious template answer I had seen. 

There are several posts about this in many different forum sites, still nothing being done about it. Some people have spontaniously gotten their rewards, most got them like intended, and some including you and me are left fighting the issue with unhelpful advice and asking the same things over and over e.g. linked account names, account email and havingto list the names of the missing challenges and rewards.

Extremely frustrating situation, I hope that something will be done about it before the EA-imposed deadline to claim the rewards in March 31st 2026. I think I'll try to make a new ticket about this soon, as I haven't still given up on this.
