The mine changes make sense. It's just not fun as a tank to run over a mine and it's just death in one shot. Normally running into a mine will get you killed anyways even though it doesn't one shot. It's a balance decision, and it's fine. Mines work better to funnel tanks into kill zones more than anything anyways, since there are so many easy options to deal with mines in BF6.
Timer is because the game has to go one. You're just one guy, the entire lobby doesn't need to get held up because you think you're John Battlefield. Or even worse, someone glitches under the map and the game just dies and all the players have to leave. If anything, this timer needs to be shortened because enemies can remain in spawn areas and steal vehicles they shouldn't have access to.
M16 is fine, TTK isn't really that impressive out of all the guns. If anything the 74 is what's broken because that thing is a complete laser 200m out.
RPG nerf... Yea man, yea. I mean, I get it, they were OP, but honestly the problem was more in giving Engi 5 rockets to spam at everything, and how armor damage worked. Now, well, ALL of the launchers just kind of suck and armor is stronger than ever. This kind of shotgun balancing is bad for the game.
