Why is the KV9 a 25 dmg weapon?

You just feel when you die to it that the netcode just can't keep up, it sorta feels like dying to a shotgun but worse. It gives you the idea you have a chance but you simply do not.

Dunno doesn't really make sense, especially since it's still a very quick TTK up to 80m which is kinda ridiculous for a SMG with this kinda RPM.
