That is what the Open Betas have been for some time now... basically a larger scale / real world stress test. The game is pretty much "complete" with two months to go...
To be clear, I agree with you. I do think October 10 is too soon having playtested the game myself. There are too many features not mentioned (which either means they don't have it or it's not ready) and/or too many things not tested enough... vehicles in particular come to mind! I will at the very least say this game looks and feels much better than 2042 did at this time... We will all see soon enough!
