Why is There Still a 30 Minute Time Limit in Conquest?

I thought we moved on to 45 minute times after the latest update? Today I had a few games where a comeback could have happened, but the countdown timer starts at 29 minutes, and doesnt give me or the...

yeah others have been posting its back at 700 tickets but it could be a server roll out and some servers still have the changed settings and not yet updated with reversal changes.
