Why mess with class challenges?

Yes, some challenges were a bit stupid (especially initiation / unit). But class challenges were perfectly fine and actually took some (fair) effort to complete. Now every noob can get top tier badge for every class in like 2 days of playtime. Makes them pointless participation trophies.

Some of the challenges were bugged, broken, or just way too high to be realistic like the 6,000 repairs in a single match, which was almost impossible to do in a normal match. But now they’ve gone and changed the ones that didn’t even need fixing, made everything way too easy, and broke the rest in the process. Every time they touch this game it ends up worse than before, starting to think they’ve got AI doing the updates just copy-pasting broken code at this point.

Yeah that's what I mean. Like yeah 30 headshots or 15 takedowns in one match was a bit silly, and bugged / broken needed fixing of course.

But one of the Engineer challenges was 50 aircraft kills. That was not too hard or unrealistic, just took time. They bumped that down to like 15 for no reason. 15 you can do in one match if lucky with mobile AA gun...

Same with weapon challenges, 300-ish kills with type X to unlock a gun is not hard or unfair. But it did mean you actually had to play that type of weapon for a bit to get it...knocked down to 30. Might as well give everyone the unlock for free at this point.
