WHY will you not let us completely disable controller on PC?

Guys...great game.  But come ON.  I've been asking for the same things since literally BF3 and you won't do it.  I have a joystick and throttle for flight sims hooked to my PC.  I don't want to use t...

And now, I can't fly the drone in the campaign mission that uses it because it's just spinning around, and I can't find a single damned setting anywhere in the Controller menu that will stop it from spinning.  And my menus keep detecting controller and switching between keyboard presses and controller button presses.  WHY CAN'T YOU JUST DISABLE THE CONTROLLER COMPLETELY?
