Wrong Labeled bundles in store

I bought new VENOM DRIP bundle that is labeled nato I bought it without double checking and it came out to be PAX armata bundle :)

I wrote to the support and they said it's my fault for not double checking and they will not provide BF points refund.

I am usally anti-karen behaviour but it grinds my gears
