Wrongfully Banned- EA- Battlefield 6

I just wanted to share and find out if anyone else has experienced a situation like this with EA. I was playing BF6 on my PS5 with my friends on Friday June 6th. Saturday June 7th, I woke to an email from EA stating my account has been banned for 7 days and they provided a screenshot of the chat log that supposedly showed what I said to get myself banned. The name was not mine and the statements made by this person were not mine. I rarely type in game as it is, I mainly PS party chat with my friends. It also claimed it was done on PC. I immediately filed an appeal of the ban. After a day I received the message:

"After carefully reviewing your appeal, we confirmed that the penalty on your account for Hateful Conduct was applied correctly and should remain in place."

At this time I submitted another appeal (apparently you can do 10 of them). I also requested my User Data from EA. A day later, I got a response and was told it was placed correctly, so I filed another appeal.  I eventually received my data from EA. Clear as day in my Login Log, during the time I was playing Friday June 6th, someone from a different city, different IP was allowed to log into my account. I was denied again on my appeal. This time I supplied a screenshot of this person getting onto my account and informed them that I must've been hacked, thinking surely this will get my ban lifted. Again, I was denied. I appealed again, pleading for someone to actually look into my case, its not my name, I am on Playstation, the only system attached to my account (not a PC), a different IP than the one I have been using for months (as shown in log), from a different city, logged onto my account while I was actively playing, how is this not obvious?! Denied again. Finally today in my 6th appeal, 5 days into the ban, I simply begged someone to look into this security breach, it's obvious someone hacked their system and logged into MY EA account, please look into this. Today I received the message:

"Your concern led to a full investigation of your account. After reviewing your case, we found your concerns valid and justified. We will make sure to prevent this in the future. Your account is active to play once more."

My concern is that I had to serve a wrongful 5 day ban from a game I have money invested in, because they failed to prevent a breach of their security protocols and allowed my EA account to be hacked. Has this happened to anyone else? What if it happens again in the future, am I just wrongfully punished for someone else's actions again? Why aren't bans investigated more before just handing them out to people? I was told in a chat I had with someone in different EA department that the appeals in EA help are handled by real people. If this is true, then why did it take 6 appeals and 5 days for someone to ACTUALLY look into my account? I feel wronged and am upset about this. Please reply if you have also experienced something like this.
