Wrongfully Banned in Battlefield 6 While Playing at a Net Cafe
Hello EA Team and fellow Battlefield players,
I am a clean player who has never used any cheats, hacks, or third-party software. I strongly dislike cheaters and believe fair play is what makes the game enjoyable.
It was quite expensive for me, and this was my very first time spending real money on such a premium game. I played a few matches at a net cafe using a public computer. Every kill and every action was done manually by myself — no macros, no aim assist, nothing suspicious at all.
However, on the same day, my account was permanently banned for "Violation of EA's User Agreement."
I am 100% sure I did nothing wrong. This appears to be a classic net cafe / shared hardware false positive ban. Net cafe computers are used by many different people, sharing the same IP and hardware. It's very likely that someone else used that exact machine before me and cheated, causing EA's anti-cheat system (Easy Anti-Cheat) to flag the hardware/IP and ban me by association.
I am not a pro player. I didn't run any RGB software, overclocking tools, or any questionable programs — just the game itself.
I kindly request the DICE/EA Studio team and engineers to:
- Please manually review any (or all) of my matches from March 30, 2026.
- Check the full game logs and replays. You will see completely normal human gameplay with no cheating behavior such as aimbot, wallhack, or instant headshots.
- If needed, I am willing to provide more details like exact match times, server information, or even the net cafe location/machine info (if it helps).
This account means a lot to me. It was my first serious purchase to support EA and DICE. Being banned like this has left me really sad and disappointed. I don't want to lose my account just because someone else cheated on a shared net cafe PC.
My support ticket is currently in "Waiting on Studio" status. I respectfully ask the Studio team to please prioritize a manual review and lift this incorrect ban so I can return to the battlefield with a clean record.
Thank you very much for taking the time to read my post. Any similar experiences or advice from other players would also be appreciated.
My details (for reference only, please do not make public):

Thank you! Hoping to hear back soon and get back into the fight.
Hey Simonfps58,
Unfortunately we can't help with bans at all here on the forums. It's good to hear that you've already raised a dispute with our terms of service team, but I can only recommend that you wait to hear back from them. They're the ones who can look into this for you.
