Xbox Hard Crashing/Shutting Off While Playing BF6

Yes, I preordered the Standard Edition and have been playing since release. Sadly, I can confirm the Xbox Series X crashing that happened during the entire Open Beta is still happening for me now (over 10+ hours already tried). Most games crash within 5–15 minutes, sometimes instantly. Very rarely, I can finish an entire match, but that’s the exception. Crashes happen in singleplayer, multiplayer, even at the menu/desktop—there doesn’t seem to be any consistent trigger.

What I’ve tried so far:

• Unplugging all cables and letting the console rest
• Cleaning all console air vents and dust
• Factory resetting the console
• Installing the newest Xbox updates
• Reinstalling the game multiple times
• Switching endlessly between Fidelity and Performance modes (no impact on stability)
• Reporting crashes through Xbox’s Report a Problem app and EA support

I have no idea what else to do to play a $69.99 game without constant crashing :-(
