I believe its your Xbox that's causing the issue. My friend has two xbox series x i (believe the pro verison... ) I'm on pc.
However my friends xbox keeps crashing.... but his wifes xbox same model but newer version--- > works perfectly fine and **NO ISSUES WHAT SO EVER***. Her xbox is a newer version he bought for her this year. His Xbox, (version) is two years old and on his, it's causing his console to shut off completely, and be completely unrealable.

My suggestion.... Buy a newer version of xbox series x from costco or bestbuy. Test and see if it works / runs fine on that newer device. if it does... then it's the consoles problem... not EA.... If you decide to return the electronic Device... you may have to pay restock fee so (BUYER BEWARE!!!) Sorry this happened to you, but I truly believe it's A Microsoft's issue... and i don't think it's EA fault.
My brother in Christ, this is an EA issue. Everyone who I know that has this issue (myself included) only has this issue with EA games.
