Same problem on PC - it didn't work after launch, then it worked and I got 6 kills - then it didn't work then it did and got 1 more kill - that was 2 weeks ago and has not worked since then - I think I saw the berserker medal once - had a problem with the health registering and also mouse 3 and 4 defaulting during the game - very frustrating
