“There is a problem with you game’s setup, please reinstall your game”

This is the third time I’m having to reach out about this issue. Ever since they dropped season one, this is the only message I get when trying to play the game through the EA app. I have done every troubleshooting step possible and I’ve spoken to the support chat about this twice. Both times they said they would work on the issue but I have seen no fix or really any forum chat about it. I know I’m part of a small group of players experiencing this but holy crap I spent 70 bucks on this game and I can’t play it.
