120 FPS but feels like 30

This started after the previous update—before that, the game was super smooth. FPS shows over 100, but the game feels really choppy and laggy like it's 30 FPS. No matter what settings I change, nothing happens. Season 1 is totally passing me by because I can't play.

AMD ryzen 7 8845HS
Nvidia RTX4070 laptop

    Same here. 9950x3d - 5080 with average 200fps and the game is unplayable from messy lag.
