Absolute rubbish matchmaking

On Xbox myself and my Xbox friends are having an absolute nightmare loosing team members between matches and even getting into a match, wasted countless tokens waiting on getting into games

to be clear as I have seen ridiculous comments from EA on other similar forums

game getting really frustrating that I’m thinking of binning it off : yes
