Missing content (paid)

I purchased a digital content pack (the marine corps profile items) back in November. Once season 2 was released, those items were no longer there. For example, my icon and player tag were changed from the marine corps ones to random starter items. The items I paid money for don’t even display in the “unowned” items areas. As if that content never existed… I emailed EA, I only have records of the battlefield coins purchased, but there’s no store records of transactions with the battlefield coins themselves. EA seemingly doesn’t care much regarding customers money and purchases… They said they’ll report it and a bug, but also inclined it won’t get much attention unless the issue gets enough upvotes here in the forum.  Anyone else have content suddenly go missing? Given that this is a technical purchase and content was removed, but or not, I think it should be escalated if someone paid money for a product or service.
