Ive also had this issue for the last 24 hours , posted on every forum, tweeted at them and everything, finally spoke to someone on the live chat today and they told me just to submit an appeal? except I literally have no ban to appeal
Try logging out and submitting an appeal as a guest with the same EA account email tied to it. I got one created that way.
