Aljo I have spent the last 24 hours pressing every single button on that entire website , as guest or signed in, every single route you go down just gives you self serve options , and if you do finally manage to actually press submit this happens
There is a real problem here Aljo and we need you're help, I understand you cant just blanket unban us , but somebody higher up on the EA hierarchy needs to see this and find a way to help the now THOUSANDS of people who have been Blocked from playing battlefield 6, this isn't a ban, its a bug, none of us have done anything wrong , some of us got banned and hadn't even played multiplayer yet people have legitimately been banned from just playing the campaign solo for a couple hours.
There is a real issue here Aljo and we feel like we are just screaming into a void , and when someone does finally respond , it just feels like we are being told that we had to have done something to deserve the ban, we literally didnt.
