Account has been disabled (PC, Steam)

Hi all,

I have 4 hours in multiplayer and about 10 minutes in the campaign. While playing the first campaign mission, about 10min in I paused the game, and when I came back to it, it crashed. When I rebooted, I found that my account has been banned, with the following message:

When I go into my EA app, the game is no longer there. However, on https://help.ea.com/en/ when I view my games, I see that the game is still there:

I have tried contacting EA support through the online form and emailed them at mailto:ea@e.ea.com to no avail. I checked my penalties to find nothing there. Under the help article it says you can view ban status by logging in. I logged in and see nothing there.

I know a lot of people are experiencing this, but please help!

Currently there is no solution, support is not helpful, they send us to generate a ban appeal, but the account is not blocked, so an appeal cannot be made, if you buy the game on another account they ban you again

  • Yeah, it sucks. There is a way to get more info. If you go to your account settings page you can download your data that ea has. You will get a few files. Open the account one in notepad and look for "BATTLEFIELD_6".
