account progression lost after buying BF6 PHANTOM

first i installed bf6 redsec which was free on steam and from there I played and had progression, a few days later I purchased the full game battlefield 6 phantom edition from amazon, it was an EA key which I redeemed on the EA app. After installing the game, my account did not crossover. So I decided to check why, and it looked like the level 16 account was linked to my other unused  EA account . So i signed back on to that account and unlinked the steam account, and then linked it with the account that has the phantom edition key. However after doing this, the account wasnt there and I was still level 1. I went back to the redsec battlefield 6 steam application and the account was not there anymore as well. I lost the account, anyone know what I can do to get it back?
