All maps on Portal are locked out.

BF6 portal will not allow me to create a local game. Getting "ownership of BF6 is required." BF6 was purchased on PS5 and accounts are linked. Rebooted license. Chat advisor got me nowhere other than "This seems to be something we need to take in consideration," and requested that I post here......
