All mutiplayer modes wont start

I am having problem starting any multiplayer game. Campaign will play ok, but none of the online multiplayer modes work.

I am on PS5 and i have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times with no luck. when i press start to launch any multiplayer mode, it fades to black, the "BF6" splash screen comes up and i get returned to the main menu. i posted a short video on reddit linked below to show what it looks like.
