An Undefined Error on Second Account - Xbox Series X
I've seen many people with this same issue, and EA has not acknowledged or offered advice on a fix. My son's account, which worked before the RedSec, Season 1 update, is now not able to connect. "An undefined error occurred" is the message given over and over again.
I've seen some say this may be related to age restrictions, though I have allowed all content for my son through Xbox's family app. If that is the case, why not just say so, instead of "undefined error."
I have put in three service tickets, starting just after Season 1 released with no response from EA. This is happening to multiple people who paid for the game on this forum, and there has been no response. My son cannot play the game at all from his profile.
I've seen others commenting about the many hoops they've already jumped through to try to correct the issue with no success.
What is the deal?? When will EA fix the issue that is preventing us from playing the game we paid for????
There is no way to contact EA directly, other than service tickets that they don't respond to. How can a company of this size not have a customer service department with availability over the phone?? It's ridiculous that you can pay for a product and get absolutely no support to get the game working for all members of the family who intend to use it.
I'm assuming the only option is to make a new profile, and attempt to connect with that, but that is a crappy solution because all of my son's other game saves etc. are tied to his profile.......We should be forced to make a new profile just for use with EA games.....Ridiculous.........
Whoever else is having this issue, please mention it here. Hopefully someone will see our messages and provide an update or fix the issue.
