I have the exact same issue. Started midday Monday and haven’t been able to play since. Xbox series S, purchased the game through the console Xbox store. Rebooted, reinstalled, hardwired my connection to my modem, tried different WiFi, hardcoded dns settings. Nothing helped. I get into the queue maybe once in 15 connection attempts, otherwise just an infinite loop of 1:86001S:89001S:9C:-13561655840 error code.
