"An undefined error"

I have been having the same problem.  That was yesterday, Tried today, same problem!!!!

Cannot get any help from EA!!!

I was experiencing the same problem. And I did find a solution I’d suggest trying. I have more than one profile on my Xbox, both of which have a saved data file in the game directory. The profile I don’t play on, I went in and deleted it (NOTHING ELSE NEEDS TO BE DELETED). I restarted the Xbox and logged back in. At that point I loaded right in with no problem. 

Wow the only thing that feels good about this, is that there are other people in the same boat! Ever since the Redsec update came out, my son hasn't been able to log onto BF6 through his xbox series s.  I just got off a chat with Har**bleep** K. and he was basically like, "we don't know what this is but I sent it to the team.  Check the game or the forum for fixes".  I asked how I'd been compensated for the in convenience and he said that the would get back to me too on that...

How does EA just leave us hanging?? I’ve put in three requests for service now with this same issue. It’s been over a week with no response. 

I've been having the issue since the RedSec update as well. My son hasn't been able to play and I'm outside the 14-day return window with the Microsoft Store. No clue what else to do... Spent $90 and can't even play a danged console game.

My son is having the same issue. He was playing fine until the RedSec update. I’ve tried to reinstall the game with no luck, the issue still persists. With that said, I’m able to play on my console/account with no problem. This leads me to believe it’s an age restriction issue, but changing content rating or allowing my son to play the game doesn’t fix the issue. I’d love to see this solved or will need a refund for the game. We purchased two copies the game to play together, but have no been able to do so.
