Same here.... My EA account has been linked for 13 years now with the PSN account I play on now. I definitely fall into their criteria for the free loot. Hopefully it's just a bug and they will get it sorted out..
A-Saltyweapon- i dont know if it works for console too.. the solution for me, getting the loyalty rewards, was to download and start REDSEC, on the platform i played the other BF games before. EA_Pythia posted about this in a german thread.
