Annoying Audio Bug

Question

I don't know if this is just an issue with my pc, but the sounds ingame rarely ever play when they're supposed to. For example, I could be shooting a gun in the campaign, and the distant report sounds actually play seconds after they're supposed to. On bolt action snipers, it's rare for me to actually be able to hear the sound for running the bolt. The bug even persists during cutscenes (in engine, not prerendered). Most of the time in multiplayer, most sounds are completely inaudible other than footsteps and gunshots. I can only hear weapon reloads consistently on the P18 pistol. I don't know what the issue could be, as I've tried out other headphones to see if that would fix the problem to no avail. This has been happening to me since the beta, but I just assumed it was beta jank and the problem would fix itself. Has anyone else experienced something like this? I attached some clips to try and give a better idea of what I'm talking about. I'm using VAL wartapes if that makes a difference. The bug does not occur in the shooting range, only in multiplayer and campaign.

I'm having Audio issues too. Enemy tanks can be rolling by me less than 10m and I cannot hear them. I can have teamates shooting right next to me and I don't hear it. Sometimes the defibs don't make noise when playing Support.Then for some reason I can hear the parachute noise from 30+m away.&nbsp;

I have the same issues as you. Had this since the beta and I still havent found a fix for it. Its very irritating.

I’ve been getting this non stop lately too. Gunshots and hit markers work but everything else like reloads, footsteps, vehicles, etc is almost always delayed or completely non existent. I haven’t found any fix so far and have checked files, checked drivers, tried different audio methods and settings, and even deleted and redownloaded the game. If anyone finds a fix PLEASE share it.&nbsp;

i've found a temporary solution; uninstalling the HD texture packs sorta fixed it for me. i've also heard that installing the game on an ssd can solve the issue, but i'm not able to test that right now.
