Unplayable Multiplayer Ping 1xxxs

The game is unplayable for me. I've tried every "Fix" I can find online for bf6 but every time I join any multiplayer game even custom search to my region my ping goes straight into the thousands even up to 7000 once and the game effectively stops working. I've put in multiple support tickets with EA but they don't show up on my support page almost like I've never submitted one. I'm at a complete loss as to what to do and am wondering if anyone else has the same issue.

thanks.

  • I've been commenting all over the forums as I'm having the same issue. After some research, I found that (at least in my case and many others) I'm connecting to servers in Santiago Chile despite living east coast US. This causes super high ping and packet loss, which in turn makes toy lose frames and "slow motion"

Check to see if it's happening to you too. In a matchmaking game, go to the menu and then settings, in the bottom right it should tell you some info. If you see "Santiago Chile"...you're in the same boat.  I think you also have to go into settings>System and turn on the network graph to see this data.

No workaround that I found, only way to play and not bug out is playing custom servers until EA fixes this. It also doesn't matter what launcher you bought the game from
