Anybody having issues on assignments not tracking after season 3?

Before the season 3 update, I was in the middle of tracking the support specialist assignment, where I was tracking “resupply teammates with the supply pouch as support.” I was easily breezing it halfway through, like 60/135. Now after the update, I was still resupplying with the pouches, but I noticed it hasn’t updated the count; it still says 60/135 after many pouch resupplies. I was wondering if anyone knows if there is a fix to this.
