I have the same issue, but I didn't complete all of the 2042 rewards. EA Support has done nothing besides close my case and keep confusing this with the Bonus pro path rewards. Absolutely abysmal customer service from EA.

Yea same I didn’t max out on the 2042 thing and EA support is treating me so harshly like me not maxing out a pass is determining whether I actually did the pass at all??? And so because of that they closed my case and said to post on the forums.

And it is not as if it is difficult to prove what level you reached in the pass, either. Every reward is some form of item or skin. All one would have to sensibly do is exhibit that they own the item in question. For example, I can prove that I reached Rank 60 with the attached image. The card displayed comes with the final reward of the pass. As a result, I believe it should result in reasonable and definitive proof of completion, as there is no way to get these cards outside of the pass.
You mentioned in your other post how you reached Rank 50. In your case, all you'd have to do is show that you own the item in question in regards to the rank (https://battlefield.fandom.com/wiki/Battlefield_2042:_Road_to_Battlefield_6#Free_Pass_Rewards for reference). I'd think that should be reasonable enough proof to show that we reached our respective ranks.

Yea, unfortunately EA Help is a joke and they’re being non helpful no matter how many times I text them. I’ll give you a couple of examples that they emailed me in the last 24 hours, “
