im still missing my rewards and i contacted EA support and they directed me to the forums
"We suggest you to please post the concern on the official forum. There might be other players who've submitted similar feedback or have similar issues on EA Forums for them to upvote to not set any expectations that we will be reaching out to the player in regards to their feedback."

Nah **bleep** that, keep reaching out and send them screenshots of these forums because that’s what I did and stated that if they can’t “grant” cosmetics to me then they need to do it to everyone affected give them my username on here “jeigottv” because they’re support team is not helping at all and right now I’m a VERY unsatisfied customer.
